    Female Cobra Head or Deroplatys truncata. Found in the Cameron Highlands at about 2,500 feet above sea level, this female has already produced one ootheca and is a voracious feeder.

    A young nymph found at about 1,000 feet above sea level, roughly 50km north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Wild caught nymphs are normally much more pink in colouration than captive bred ones.

    She was running along the floor and I put my hand in front of her and she flipped out and started threat displaying. I dashed to get the camera only to discover that I had the wrong lens on, but it actually worked out all right in the long run, and I was excited to finally get a threat display photo!

    Vitioza has molted to adult! and her wings are a gorgeous transparent gold color. the pictures just dont them justice. i have never seen a stagmo this color so i find her absolutely gorgeous, especially because her mother was green
