Izzie will molt soon. Any advice on making sure its a good molt? Net cage with a bunch of sticks?

 
Yep! Sounds good! What instar? Where did you get her? Also, make sure that you give her plenty of water for humidity and to drink. Higher humidity will make the chances of a successful molt higher. Good luck!
