Hi all - 

I'm trying to sex my mantises and it's not as easy as I thought. It's actually tough to get a decent pic, which doesn't help matters! 

I count 6 pretty clear segments, but then I'm not sure if there is a smaller one/s at either end! 

Anyone care to chime in?  thanks!

Would need a better picture to really help you. 

I have a simple guide on here but I need to fix the pictures. Just count the segments starting with the first one nearest the legs. If there are six it's a female. It helps to let them get a little size.
