    Needed: Sub/adult female Helvia cardinalis

I recently had my male H. cardinalis molt to adult, and he’s two molts ahead of my female. I’m looking for a subadult or adult female so I can breed this species. Please contact me if you have one!!

What mantid species live on Long Island, NY

Tenodera sinensis, tenodera angustipennis and mantis religiosa. Stagmomantis used to be native to NY but they seemed to have moved south. I live on LI and in Nassau county I've only seen tenodera sinensis, but in sag harbor on the east end I've found angustipennis, sinensis and mantis religiosa

    Hercules Moth, Coscinocera hercules, male

They're gorgeous! I've had many atlas and nudaurelia krucki hatch out but my luck with these wasn't the same. I had eggs and only two hatched (which unexpectedly died after eating their first meal)
