Hii I got a mantis I had her for a few days but when I got back to school she was hanging buy the light and dead I don't know what happened and how can I prevent it from happening again.

Has any one tried hibiscus flowers? I hear that's how thay get their color. I'm unsure if thay need the bees that pollinate it or if they just need to be in the area

Hello I'm still very new but what dose iso mean

I think my Earliest memory of mantis was when I was at my grandma's and my dad brought me a mantis in his hat and from then on I just always thought the bugs were the coolest thing. :)

So I plan to let them have the terrarium to them selfs for there first molt or 2 the temp is about 75 and very humid any tips to improve this? It's about 20in long and 10in wide.

so I live in America NC and every year I find at least one green mantis with black dots on the wings I only find females really and that are smaller than some about 3in I brought one inside and she laid a pod 1 1/2in and 1/2in wide ill look for a pic soon.
