I've had wild caught before (Chinese) and have always thought they are content to hunt flies in a large enough cage. Get an upright 10-gallon and they will be happy enough hanging upside down off the cage. Maybe try feeding flies instead of hand feeding worms if you want them to hunt.

Thanks thats what I'm doing. Is it likely that she will move around and find a high spot in the next day or so, or stay in one place? I know when I leave them out on my curtains overnight they climb to the top and stay there lol. She is on the active side I guess.

Yeah I always thought that sounded too low too but if you look it up, people say 30-40% is acceptable for a lower limit, and no more than 60%. (Do do some independent research though.) When I had mine I put in paper-towel substrate and kept them at around 40-50%, and humidity was never an issue...

I've always assumed it was just a normal reflex. It's pretty much normal in humans like a leg or arm twitch every once in a while.... But good question.
