At what temperature and below do you guys include heat packs when shipping mantids?

I'm interested in these guys but I have one issue. Some people say they need firebrats as feeders while some seem to just use foods such as flies. Anyone with experience with these guys have success raising them from a young age with flies?

Hello! I've been on the server for a while but I haven't been active. I'm going to try and become active in the forum. I currently live in VA and have 1 adult male giraffe mantis (Euchomenella sp.) and 3 adult female boxer mantises (Hestiasula major).

I have 3 adult female H. majors but no males. I'd prefer some kind of trade/deal but am open to buying the male. Located in VA. 

I have a ghost mantis which was purchased labeled as an l2/l3 though I think I may have gotten it at maybe l4 though i'm not sure. The last time he molted was on October 7th and hasn't showed signs of molting since. I spray his enclosure once or twice a day and he eats well, temps are 72-73...
