I have a African Stick Mantis with a broken front claw and is having a real hard time catching food. Is there anything i can do to help her? Its sad to just watch her starve.

What should i feed my "Ghost Mantis" after her third molt ? She likes to hang out at the top of her cup.

I am a newbie and just got my first Ghost Mantis nymph. How can i tell if it is a male or a female. I have allready named her Ripply from the "Alien" movies,so i am hopeing it is female. Thanks Drew

Thank you and yes there still has flies in it. It says"For reculturing start a new deli cup with fruit fly media & excelsior at 2-3 weeks from the date on the cup. Discard any culture that is over 4 weeks old,or they could attract grain mites. Date created 12-3-14
