Should get mine today.

Got a heater in my room set for 75

Got a cage with stuff 

Got a humitity messure. The prob is i cant just stwnd at the cage ans wait till it goes lower then it can be and spray. So im not sure whst to do.

Do they die that easily?

I also have a mini heating pad on the side of the tank.

@Jessie Like mantids in general mist their habitat once per day; although, I tend to mist mine every other day or as needed. Misting is done with a fine sprayer (even the cheap $1 new clean ones work) spray a few seconds on their habitat wall, it should evaporate within 30 minutes or less ideally. If you want to get fancy get a hygrometer to measure room humidity but isn't necessary, 50-60% RH (room humidity) is ideal.
