Dynastes tityus larvae L1 or L2- What temperature should I keep larvae for faster growth?

I read in the Bugs In Cyberspace caresheet that warmer temperatures will result in faster larval growth. I am planning on buying a heating mat with a thermostat. What temperature range should I be keeping it in? I'm only reading "room temperature," but that can mean a lot of things. Thanks in advance!
