Ghost mantis feeders

I'm allergic to crickets and roaches. I was giving my ghost mantis group fruit flies. Then, all six of my new fruit fly cultures molded at the same time. I have some house fly pupa that I am giving to them, but they take a while to hatch. I am also putting some mealworms in a dish stuck to the side of the tank.

Are there any feeders that mantises like besides the crickets, roaches, and flies?

Wax moths. You can culture wax moths with oats mixed with honey.
