I have one male and one female orchid mantis. The male is L5, one molt from adult. The female is L5 as well. They will both for sure molt while I am gone, as they have both been L5 for about 3 weeks, and I want to make sure nothing happens as the male will be doing his final molt! I also need to have a bulk of insects for my friend to feed the mantises so it isn't a pain to go find them. Could I get blue bottles from a pet store? Could they be flightless? Any other tips that I should put on the care sheet I am typing up for him other than general things that you guys think would be worth noting? My friend has taken care of my mantis before successfully by the way.
