I'm not sure what's going on with my little praying mantis..It fell sometime last night and I put on it's stick this morning. He ate good a couple of days ago and now he seems to be close to death..

From looking at the picture it almost looks like it's been chewed on... it's hard to tell. Is the discoloration on the surface or is the exoskeleton damaged? What have you been feeding?

Small crickets..i can't see if he's injured ..Looks like it's inside..It wasn't there when I got him.

the post above just told you what happened. The cricket are on him.
Pinky’s, no need to be aggressive! I completely agree with what @hibiscusmile said above.

Your little friend looks like a cricket may have decided to snack on him. I am very sorry you had to experience this. I understand right now you’re looking for answers as to what is going on and how to fix it. In the future, may I suggest possibly using a different feeder such as dubia roaches? Crickets are notorious for carrying diseases and taking a bite of your mantis. Some people have no issues ever with crickets, I personally prefer to err on the side of caution. You can try giving your mantis a small treat of organic honey which you can usually purchase at a farmers market. This is quite difficult to say but unfortunately, I don’t believe your little friend will recover from this. How are they doing today?
