I was thinking of a 12x12x12 for a ghost mantis or and orchid mantis but I don’t know if thats too big

I know NCMantis
It's kind of big for both mantis species. They are only a couple inches long when adult. I have a lot on my site too.
way too big IMO. maybe if you had Macromantis or Hierodula but there's also Odontomantis, who despite being diminutive need a LOT of space or they stress out and die! I have mating pairs of these cuties right now!

how big would a ghost or orchid mantis enclosure be?
both species can molt to adult in a 32oz deli cup but mated females get moved to 1g jars

Oh, wow! Nice.
I have adult female Ghost mantids in 32oz containers with fabric lids and window screening glued to the sides of the containers for grip. I used a hot glue gun for gluing the window screening.
