my m. paykullii was eating a fly when something disturbed him so he looked to the right. it's been over an hour and it looks like he's forgotten about the half eaten meal in his hands! :roll:

 
Mine do that all the time. It's normal.

 
i've seen mine do it for a few minutes but not an hour

lol must have seen something really interesting

 
heh, take a toothpick, and nudge the half-eaten thing in his/her hand...it's get all excited, chomp down on it again, and get all happy eatiin'...

or, it'll freak out, do the "eek, a mouse" stance, and drop its dinner like a goofball.
