need more help with nymphs

do i mist the nymphs themselves or just the container.??

they are doing well and eatting lots of ff's.

they already shed their skin as i thought one died when i saw the whole skin on the floor! i didnt know i would see that! one is smaller than the other two. i want to do the right thing with them . thanks for your patience.

yes , but dont drown them ,direct light mist is fine, you may want to move them to another container when it gets messy

Either way it doesn't matter. I usually just remoisten the substrate.

I always spray them directly about the head and upper body, in addition to whatever surface they are on (below and slightly in front of their heads) to allow them to drink if they wish.

+1 And if you miss and hit a nymph, the side of the enclosure or a significant other, that's O.K. too!
