my colony of Oxyhaloa duesta is getting a bit out of hand, so the first 5 people (not including the few of you who messaged me on the gram) in the US who reach out to me here will get 30 mixed for free (just pay shipping)!
This small species is soft-bodied and breeds really rapidly, making it a great feeder! They like moist soil and fruits plus some protein, but aren't as protein-driven as species like Nauphoeta cinerea or Eublaberus spp.
