Rhombodera Valida behavioral question...

Heya members, maybe you can answer this for me. When i handle him/her (rhombo) it does a weird surf thing, dragging its face/mouth on my skin. Very small yet, L3 . Pretty normal? Reading they are one of the more personable species.

They may be trying to get minerals from your hand. Especially if it is wet

Ha, they got it covered, very common if they are thirsty and your hands are sweaty. I will add it seems to only tickle, even from adults; although, I try to avoid it as who knows what they can find.

Does seem to be the only one doing that. I assumed it was just being weird. I will give more misting to enclosure sides to see if that helps. Thanks
