Well don't…

I placed an order with them on their website / www.smallpetfeeders.com on 6/26/14 with 2nd day ship: NO PACKAGE DELIVERED.

Them i email several times, NO ANSWER… Them i go to their website and see this >>>>>

So that explains why no emails, no product and NO REFUNDS TO ME…

Of`Course that was a FALES STATEMENT because i haven't received any package or a PayPal refund from
DAVE at SPF>SmallPetFeeders...

You can file a claim on paypal for non-delivery if that's the case. As long as they can't provide a tracking number, paypal should rule in your favor.

It is possible that they will shipped out anywhere from Wednesday to tomorrow (Saturday) since it does state on the notice that 7/8-7/11 is when they'll ship out, in which case the package will end up delivered on Monday/Tuesday due to weekend delays.
