Just a quick question but is it possible that a mated and impregnated female will not be receptive to a male! I.e. he shows no interest in her?

Whether or not a female will be receptive to mating is not determined by if she had been mated or not. If the male shows no interest, try warming him a bit and giving him more water. Sometimes males are just stubborn. What species are we talking about?

My ghosts. I think they may have molted last night but when my alarm went off I saw the male fly off her back. Tried reintroducing them but he just tried flying away. Perhaps trying in the evening would be better?

Ive read that a female mated w male a might be receptive to male b, but now much less approachable by male a.

That might be the truth. I plan on separating them for a couple of days then reintroducing them again together. Hopefully that’ll sort of “refreshen” both the male and female. The male should also have 2 or so more weeks left.
