Are vita bugs good for making mantises grow bigger since they get vitamins? Could I just feed my mantis waxworms vita and nothing else and the mantis will be fine?

I had not answered because I do not know. Use it and let us know how it did for you. I am curious though what you are trying to accomplish? Bigger as in a 2 in mantis grows up to be 3 in or just healthier ?

Why not buy the product and feed your own feeders ? There are numerous other feeder foods & supplements available  on the market .... S

@Mantis Man13 I feed mine vita bug mealworms and superworms, occasionally vita bug waxworms. They don't make the mantis bigger, the mantis will grow to its normal size regardless of what you feed it. I have heard of stunted growth from another mantis friend and he said it was caused by trying to keep the mantis one or two instars behind a female for mating by feeding it less than the female. Also some are just runty. One of my Rhombodera males is bigger than the other, and I keep mine well fed, so I think how big they get is in their genes if they're being fed regularly. I only feed mine vita bugs cuz that's what they sell at the store, haha, I don't think vitamins are needed by mantids. I only looked at the brand I used after you posted this and realized that that was what you were talking about. I've read that waxworms should be used more as a treat, but honestly I'm not sure about that, I read the same thing about mealworms and superworms and that's what I primarily feed my own little pets.
