wings = adult = no more sheds?

correct. However, some species do not grow wings, just wing buds, as adult.

H. Grandis was im specifically talking about. that sucks...I can see the wings coming in and she shed once since then so i'm figuring next shed and thats as big as shes gonna get. sucks. I was hoping for a monster. This is my first mantis thats gonna make it to adulthood.

You can see the wing buds on them for a long time. When the wing buds swell up then the last molt is coming. But for that species when it has wings it's an adult. You will be surprised how much bigger they will be after the last molt.
