Taken some pictures of my adult ghost male, noticed three water drop like features between his eyes, maybe extra eyes? These photos are days apart.
Hazard a guess?

Yup. Those are simple eyes. Mantids have five eyes, the two obvious compound eyes and three simple eyes in a triangle shape between the antennae.

Wow great picture! Yeah those three dome like things on the top of the head are the simple eyes which detect light and shadow.
