So I have a question about misting my giant Asian enclosure. Many people are saying humidity is bad for them and could kill them. But, they're always thirsty and I'm afraid they will have a miss molt. Should I mist them?

Mist lightly once a day as long as there is adequate ventilation.

Yes, they should be fine with a daily misting. Just don't over do it and make sure they have some ventilation. I never really had problems with them dying from over humidity other then a very few random unknown deaths. Which they could have died because of other factors.
So as long as they have some ventilation they should be fine.

I have been misting my latest hatch of giant Asians every day and they are doing great! Ventilation is key.
