Out of Diapause?

My mini refrigerator broke and needs repair. And my family does not like the idea of insects in the main refrigerator. I don't know what to do? is it ok if the ooth is out of diapause for a day? I will be able to transfer it to my friends home tomorrow.

It is a Iris oratoria ooth.

most mantid ooths dont need a cold period

Iris oratoria do not hatch here in Tucson unless it is consistently above 75 degrees for at least 3 weeks. Even then, if night temps are too low they still wont hatch.
