    New Mantids

My last remaining Budwing. 1 year and 10 months. The other 3 passed away recently. I picked up a few Hierodula Membranacea in May. These guys have long legs =)

    Old budwings

Thanks guys. I make sure not to overfeed them and I give them water daily. I'm still shocked that they're doing so well despite old age.

    Old budwings

My budwing mantids are close to 18 months old. Is this unusual for this species?

    Osfigueroajr

Osfigueroajr is a great person to do business with. The nymphs were packaged very well and he even threw in a few extras. Very fast shipping time as well. Thanks!

Gorgeous mantids. Very cool to be able to see the progress on those little guys.

    Sphodromantis nymph attacks!

Wow the pre-sub is way bigger than my adult budwings. Awesome pic.

    Sphodromantis nymph attacks!

Thanks guys. I thought my budwings were aggressive, but even they were not this bold when they were nymphs lol.

    Sphodromantis nymph attacks!

While attempting to feed my Budwing mantis, I accidentally dropped a mealworm near a Giant African nymph and this is what happened: I thought it would run away for sure since it's still so small. These guys are going to be very interesting to watch when they're bigger...
