You could call your local pet and plant stores, and see if they will take them. Might not be a great time of year to be shipping them most places.

My last Spiny flower mantis died a couple months ago. Looking forward to getting more this spring/summer. Also possibly some orchids.

I have been interested in doing this again myself after a not very successful attempt many years ago. I watched a video of a Chinese college student last year who had a lot of good info, and great success breeding indoors. I believe he said they breed best at a certain temp in the 80's. I'll see...

That's interesting. I thought they were primitive enough to not have to worry about inbreeding. Good to know they aren't.

Congratulations! Looks like a nice setup for rearing your new mantids. Just one ooth worth of limbata nymphs takes up so much space. I don't know what I'm going to do when my three ooths hatch. If they're all fertile that is.
