What are the temps that your keeping your adults at?
Normal room temps and the adults could last a month depending on when they actually molted to the "adult" stage. If your keeping them in the upper 80's range (F) then they will die alot faster. Enough time to breed.....easily, but not much...
They do seem a bit more expensive. If you have a couple of mantids or so it would be okay, but you can buy alot more of the white-ish ones compared to the ones you have suggested for alot less.

I did it in another bin, and they were rather still actually. It's far more trickier to open a FF cup with 5 L2 nymphs then it was to open the FF cup after hatching.
Most are still alive. I lost a few to cannabalism which was to be expected. I now have 40+ FF...
I also use heat tape. It's called Flexwatt heat tape. Do a google search, much easier to explain that way. I use it for the mealworms and whatnot that need the extra warmth.
When they molt they will leave the old molt behind correct?
