What program are you using?  Depending on the program.  Example: Add a text box for the Scientific Name.  Type the name in.  Then select the text box and change the Backround color of the box.

Can you give a little more info on the Acrylic.  I know you said you have files for the design.  What software did you use for the design? Did you send out the file to have the Material cut?  If so can you provide said Vendor information? I love this project and it has got the wheels in my head...

What size enclosures?  I would say go higher rather than lower (Confusing?). With a lower watt bulb you are only going to get so much heat.  If that is not enough, your buying a higher watt bulb (pay twice). Plus side is you may have an extra to expand later. If you buy a higher watt bulb, and...
