She eats every 2-3 days and get misted ones a day maybe every two sometimes 

Hi I have a African green mantis L5 or 6 I believe but today she is super weak can barely hold herself up she only molted 2 weeks ago aswell  please help!

Really I didn't know that they changed colour each molt any pics? Are dubias ok for mantids as I have a colony of my own, ofcourse I would only feed the baby's
