mantis can live only with honey and water??? I have this lil dude tin... a sp lineola and he also has a problem in the 4rd molt... but well, he was really really bad and things are getting better... i also handfeed him but didnt know i could just feed him honey and water... you should try...

She was an L5, her last molt was 3 days ago, they all eat crickets :P And no Rick, ofcourse I wasnt expecting the 140 nymphs I got at the very begining to survive, but when I only got left 40% of the ones that hatched - Im not saying I am- Im just saying I MIGHT be doing something wrong.

I was checking on the mantis and spraying them some water when I found pitufina dead!!! Here are some pics... it looks totally bizarre, her eyes are black, her claws and upper torso are green, the legs look average green/brown BUT the belly is like... mmm God I dont even know how to explain, it...

Mmmm Well when Mine hatched (both peruvianas and sphodromantis lineola) after a week, I had 20% less than what hatched in total. Listen to her :P maybe they are eating eachother or perhaps they need to drink water first - the mist should be enough- some of mine dont eat a thin until they drink...

Okay sooo Im having the same toruble than agent, the only dif is that mine got injured 2 molts away, whn he got sticked to a piece of diurex andlost a claw, one leg and well, lets just say he was pretty bad, after the last molt, he got his leg back BUT the claw was still broken. He molted...
