Whoops, misread your message, I though she was an adult. Since that's not the case, she might be able to fix some of her problems if she can molt again.

Pictures might help us get a better idea of the extent of her problems. It seems like for females, that last molt can be especially difficult. She might need help feeding. Since it's her last molt, there's not much in the way of fixing her problems, but she could still live a full life.

I've had a T. sinensis with the same floppy abdomen problem. I laid his container on its side so he couldn't hang upside down and make the problem worse. After a few days to a week keeping the abdomen straight, it should be strong enough to not flop over. As for the Carolina, it looks like...

I do what Sticky does. I just cut around the label and hot glue mesh for ventilation if soaking the glue off doesn't work well.
