My female molted to adult and I am in need for a Male.

Molted to adult last week 

Hi, I am looking to acquire a fresh adult Male Idolomantis Diabolica as my female just molted to adulthood.  I am located in the United states, in Michigan.  

I usually up the humidity before a molt but because she ate just 2 days before I did not and the molt went perfect.  Humidity was at 30-40.  This is the first bone dry molt for me.  

Hi, do you guys think my lamp is too close to the encloser?  Could the light being so close damage the mantids eyes?  It is a 60w bulb.

I've had mantids for some time now and want to get into turantulas, I am looking for a species that is easy to keep but large and active and won't stay in it's web or burrow all day but walk around and hunt for prey very agressivly but can still be handled and has no hairs or rarely flicks them...

I was wondering if meal worms are a good feeder to get through the winter.  I know meal worms have a lot of chitin and I read somewhere that this can make it harder for a mantis to molt, is this true, if so would wax worms be a better choice.  

My Flys just hatched and was wondering what to feed them, I was just going to put some fruit and cottons balls with sugar water, would this be good.
