[QUOTE="Seymour F., post: 350245, member: 13666"] Hello! You can call me Seymour or Cee. I've had a long-running fixation in entomology and herpetology since I was 8, but only just now in a place where I can explore these interests freely :giggle: First time mantis owner this year, as far as keeping one indoors, specifically. My girl Delilah is a Carolina mantis in what I assume are the late stages of her adult life. She's laid 3 ooths in the past 4 months she's been with me, and despite suffering some pretty severe leg injuries has kept her hunt drive and appetite surprisingly well! Here's a few pics of her from when she first came home, and a bonus pic of a painting I'm working on inspired by her, she's definitely become a muse of mine. Looking forward to learning more about these amazing animals from other people with hands-on experience! Finding good care tips for pet insects can be mind-numbingly frustrating on today's internet.
