Costa Rican mantis, need ID

This small wingless female has laid a 1/4 inch long ootheca. Found in Costa Rica, and not a clue of what specie she is.

Hope the ooth is fertile.

Cool mantis might be hard to tell just by side pics, would like to see a top view and good mug shot

 
I can only say with certainty that it's from Thespidae: Pseudomiopteryginae. More pictures of head and anterior tibia will help with further ID.

Yeah as far as I got was Thespidae...

Never came out from Costa Rica, a Costarican friend took this picture and send it for ID.
And oh...where did they catch it? Up in the cloud mountain forest area or in the "general" rainforest area?
