I don't know what Bartek has for sale. You'll have to ask him.Is this the same species that bartek has for sale? I'm even more excited to get them if so!
I love the little arm dance in mine too. So cute. I'm amazed they take melanos so easily tooSome fresh hatched nymphs...
Yeah, not bad for a mid grade camcorder and $20 diopter. It all comes down to lighting.Very cute. I'm amazed you can get such nice quality video from such tiny nymphs.
I'm really enjoying this species. Thank you for sharing these!!
I hope they're hardy. Looks like I may only get 5, and I would love to have a pair make it to adulthood.Yeah, not bad for a mid grade camcorder and $20 diopter. It all comes down to lighting.
Glad you like the species! They're very cute. My females are still sporadically producing ooths and I've got at least 20 nymphs living communally. May sell off pairs later.
Definitely separate them to be sure you don't lose any to cannibalism and let me know what happens with the second ooth.I hope they're hardy. Looks like I may only get 5, and I would love to have a pair make it to adulthood.
I meant that for Malakyoma if he gets stuck with only 5 nymphs. Mine will be communal until around sub.I haven't separated mine yet. The nymphs from the first ooth all molted to L2 without any issues.
They are voracious eaters so if you keep them communally be sure there is food available every day. That's good to know. I'm still thinking of dividing up the larger hatch so that there are only 4 per deli cup. I've noticed they box with each other a bit.
MIne (had 3 ooths hatch) took a little encouragement to start eating. At first they only took d mel males. They are voracious eaters so if you keep them communally be sure there is food available every day.
