i would guess Melliera sp, most likely Melliera major. Could also be coptopteryx or metriomantis. There are so many different species in Brazil that it's hard to tell

Looks like a nymph of Orthoderella sp. Maybe Orthoderella ornata.

After looking at the species for a while, I think Yen's right. Orthoderella looks more like it than Melliera
