My European and Chinese ooths hatched last week! It was a bit nerve-racking to see so many die off, even though that's typical for these species. The nymphs are so cute at that size :D

My little set up. I'll have to find some more containers, or start eating more pretzels...

The Chinese nymphs were almost twice the size of the European nymphs.

A little European nymph snacking on a fruit fly.

And the dried Chinese female specimen turned out pretty good.

Thanks! There's about 25 European nymphs left after a week, from about 70ish or so. Hopefully some will manage to stay alive.

Congrats on all the babies. Doesn't is get crowded in the shower with them? ; ^ )
