*shudders* i hate touching spiders...too creepy.. but they are cool! Love big colorful T's! :D want a t. blondi :D thats right... i (want to) live on the "dangerous" side :lol:

 
Sparky-

Yes they are real plants, you are looking at three different species of bromeliads. The one on the far left is sometimes called a snake plant... I don't know why.

Buddhist-

They had a Goliath (T. blondi) at Aquatic Environments here in Davenport. Not sure how often you make it over the river, but they usually have some pretty cool stuff and the guys who work there are pretty cool.

 
My fear is the spider will bite me .... sure they can be nice, but a bite probably hurts as much as a wasp sting and i just dont need that pain .. lol ..

nice spider, but i wont ever pick one up
