L1 Deroplatys lobata nymphs separated into their own containers

It takes 1-3 hours to feed them and about 30 minutes to hydrate them
lol oh man.. You need to hit up Craigslist and try to find a shelving unit! =)

I'm actually picking one up from my j-o-b that they're throwing out... Asked my manager if it was okay and he gave me the greenlight on taking it!!

This is when a hobby turns into a full time job...hehe

congrats... looks like you got it under control...

LOL right?? This was my living room under the lamp. I decided to feed and hydrate them in there while I was watchin Family Guy lol. I have a shelf in my room, all my critters take up two shelves. I have to sort of force them to fit by stacking cause I only have two lamps for my shelf. The other two lamps are over cages. Id need more lamps to be able to give the nymphs their own level. Dude thats awesome!! you get a lot of free stuff!

LOL its totally a job. $5 each nymph really isn't so bad considering how much work goes into keeping them alive, healthy and happy. Plus the raising of the adults, the breeding, the incubating. It's a long and difficult process. But so worth it. It's the best feeling when you realize that the ootheca is finally hatching.

Thanks!

I do agree... it amazes me when they make it to adulthood.. such a wonderful journey.
