This is my favorite picture I've seen from you yet! The use of natural props is beautiful and makes the shot feel nature and free. Nice leaf! The red of the veins and brown of the leaf really bring out the mantis' brown, aqua, and red hues.
Thanks, ScienceGirl! I definitely like taking pictures outside to give the natural effect, and I love the leaves that fall off of our Japanese maple trees. They work well with green mantises because of the color contrast.
