I watched this spider documentary on Youtube and I thought I would share it with you guys.

Speaking of introduced species, I recently watched a nature video on youtube where a natural predator seems to be controlling carp populations which can be seen .

So last summer I released about 60 egg cases in my garden. This summer, THIS happend.... HEU HEU HEU!!! While the article describes warm weather the culprit behind this "invasion" but I think I'm gonna take credit for this one. Cheers, Mr. Mantid.

Just a word of caution, For those of you who think you are safe from roaches getting loose and then multiplying, think again. I've been told that I shouldn't worry about such a thing because I live in Wisconsin and they should die over the winter, but guess what, I have seen 4 or 5 plump adult...

This is why I don't mind living in Wisconsin, sure the winters kind of sucks but, there are no frigggin giant snakes or crocodiles hiding in the water when I go out for a swim.

It's a tarantula.
