help!! mantis anus and rear abdomen injury

a solid object accidentally fell on my mantis (i didn’t witness the accident) and there seems to be an external injury to the left of his abdomen. he had some food a few hours earlier and vomited it out after the injury. this morning after i woke up he seems slightly less active and the anus is now black, and the rear abdomen has gone slightly darker. he didn’t poop all night. has anyone faced any issue of the kind and what do i do?

I'd try to feed it in another day or so. Unfortunately, abdomen issues usually result in death... but not always.

I dont know either, I guess just wait and see, make sure it has water.
