I might need to raise the humidity in my violin enclosure. Will a dish of water crystals help raise humidity? Are these safe? :)

Yes, the price is for sexed adults. (I prefer trades for mantids though) I started with a small colony (2.5.0) a little less than a year ago and now I'm up to 250+! (That's with feeding off some of the nymphs) I think that the adults are too large for most mantids but the nymphs worked great...
