How long does it take for a female Creobroter gemmatus to 'puff up' It's wings after It's final molt??? At the moment It's top wings (green with spot) are small and its bottom wings (white) are getting there. thx

I've been thinking about getting a tower fan heater or something like it, has anyone been using them to heat there mantids? Can they be safely used at close range? I don't want it to heat up the whole room, just about 2m x 2m x 2m of mantis enclosure space.

It's been about a week since it's last molt and it still not eating! I've tried feeding fruit flys, mealworms and cockroaches but it's not feeding. What can I do? Thx
