A friend at work (animal management lecturer in a FE/HE College) bought a giant asian nymph that was female, reared it up to adult and the first ooth it laid hatched aparrantly and it never saw another mantis in its existance. I had never heard of this before though.

Not a fact Im afraid, the same number of chromosomes is highly likely amongst species from the Creobroter genus which means non-mule fertile ofspring would be produced in the same way that the Pseudos have been hybridised. besides, its been done <_<

If its gemmatus and they are adults or ooths, Its the other half of my trade :lol: (what I gave him, unles ha hatched an ooth and is letting you have nymphs)

I think I got one from the same place as you morph and was told it would hatch in a week also, anyway, waited over a month longer than that to see just ten weak nymphs hatch that didnt last longer than a week at most :( Id never cut up an ooth like that though, your only on a quest for...
