Seems my Little Miss Mantis is always holding her prey with her right arm, while cleaning her left one. That would indicate to me that she'd be fine if she had to do with just one. That would be my guess anyway, for what it's worth! :)

Well she seemed to lose interest after a time. I'm just thankful she got it...I thought it might hop away before she got a hold of it. Hopefully she got her fill. :)

You don't need glasses...in one photo in the series (My Dancing Mantis one) her mouth wasn't open as wide. This is another picture. I fired off a few shots while this was taking place...I was surprised she didn't lunge at my camera! :D I put up another pic, dressed for Halloween, in the forum...

I had to dress Little Miss Mantis up for Halloween, of course! I used pizap photo editor for this one, no registration required.

Really cool and pretty amazing metal work! I like the origami too, I dabble in it from time to time. :) And on a side note, this stuff is really rubbing off on me. I dreamt last night that I owned a ghost! :lol:

Ain't those jaws something?!? This happened the first time I tried to pick her up. I'm glad we both got past this. Now it seems all she wants to do is be up on my hand, lol. (I'm just not crazy about it when she puts the "squeeze" on me). :pinch:
