I would recomend Idolomorpha. My nymphs were for about 1,5 week together with no food and they didn't even looked at eadch other:D

I had two ooths of that species first hatched with 6 nymphs and the second with 12 but the second at first hatched with 9 and next day 3 more came out from ooth so you may have some more .

boyght two idolomorpha ooths from him couple weeks ago and both of them have already hatched:D

basicly nothing, but they sure are amazing:D

at 2nd instar it is imposible to sex them because at that stage females also has 8 segments, after 4th moult the 6th segment covers the two last segments.

she has nice coloration, mine are green, brown or very dark brown

the mantis on the picture looks more like a female:D

haha the same is with my Hierodula female when I'm trying to scare her so she does that threat pose but she's trying to eat my finger instead and it's very painful:D

I have one female green and one dark, before most of mine were green but then they go dark:D can these be green as an adult?
