He died :( I checked on him this morning. I fed him some honey the night before and he seemed okay, but his corpse was un mistakable. but as I type this my last Violin has JUST molted beautifully ! Hope lives on . . .

My Violin love pinheads! Have you tried the pinheads? Also what's your enclosure like? I found out that I could actually save the life of a mantis if the enclosure is better for feeding. Pinheads are so tiny that it's difficult to spot and catch them in plantation soil, and they just hide...

20 bucks is nothing! Here an orchid nymph is 100 dollars! Of course they don't have them very often to . . . But again this is pet land. Never buy a mantis from pet stores XD

Interesting point however I would point out that dealing mantids is miniscule in comparison to dealing crack. It's the pet stores responsibility to sell what's legal and even if they don't I would receive no penalty , given petland is pretty established and has permits. I reckon they'd be the...
