Sorry to bring back up an old topic, just curious as to how your ghosts are doing? I got mine from styrofoamheart as well - what I felt at first was being picky after the first couple feedings was just stubborn ghosts. Seems like one of my females waits for the flies to become adjusted to her...

Saw that people had been getting favorable results from this place ordering "FF Only" so I decided to give them a try! Each container was packed with fruit flies (D. Hydei - if it makes a difference, these are not golden) and shipping was fast too, will buy from again!

Well, this is long overdue but I bought a D. Hydei culture,HF pupae, and insect deli cups from Douglas, all were packaged great with appropriate 'This side up" written on the sides. There was a minor problem when USPS pretty much killed all the FFs in shipping (did not read the "This Side Up")...
